General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) of the Amas Verdâtre store
1. Introduction
Welcome to Amas Verdâtre. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
2. Product information
All items sold on Amas Verdâtre are hand crocheted or knitted. Most items are unique and cannot be restocked. Product photographs are as accurate as possible, but color differences may occur due to variations in monitor settings and brightness.
3. Custom orders
Custom orders can only be accepted by e-mail. Given the handcrafted nature of these creations, the number of custom orders is limited, and lead times may be extended in periods of high demand.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in euros (€). Amas Verdâtre is exempt from VAT declaration and payment. Thus, VAT is not applicable to the items offered on the site. Delivery charges are not included in the displayed price and will be calculated at the time of order. Payments must be made by the means available on the site.
Items remain the property of Amas Verdâtre until full payment has been received.
5. Delivery
Amas Verdâtre undertakes to send the parcel within 10 working days following payment of the order. Shipping costs will be displayed when the order is placed.
Deliveries in metropolitan France are estimated at 5 working days after dispatch.
Deliveries within the European Union are estimated to take 10 working days after dispatch.
Deliveries outside the European Union are estimated to take 14 working days after dispatch.
These times are indicative and may vary according to postal and customs services. Any customs duties or additional taxes applicable to international orders remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
6. Returns
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal applies to personalized or handmade items. Consequently, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are accepted, except in the case of an obvious product defect or if the item is not the right size.
7. Warranties and liability
Amas Verdâtre guarantees that items conform to their description. However, the company cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by delivery services.
8. Intellectual property rights
Trademarks, logos, domain names, articles, images, videos, texts, the graphic charter of this site, as well as all content covered by intellectual property rights, remain the property of Amas Verdâtre.
These GTC do not imply any transfer of these rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution or use of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Privacy policy
The information collected during your purchases is treated with the utmost confidentiality and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
10. Disputes and applicable law
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction. These GCS are governed by French law.
